All TAS and NT orders over $200 ex GST are reviewed by the DMS team before dispatch. If additional freight charges apply, we will contact you to discuss and obtain approval before processing your order. In many cases, no extra freight charges are required; however, larger or bulkier orders may incur additional costs.
Any applicable freight charges must be agreed upon before dispatch.

We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered items resulting from incomplete, incorrect, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
The dispatching warehouse reserves the right to split or consolidate orders as deemed necessary for operational or logistical purposes. DMS accepts no liability for any loss, delay, or damage arising from such actions.
Where a signature is required, orders must be signed for upon delivery and cannot be left without authorisation.
Orders placed before 11:00 am (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same business day, subject to acceptance and stock availability. We aim to dispatch all other orders on the next business day.
